THE REBUTTAL TO THE CDC’s RECENT MASK/N95 GUIDANCE

As experts in exposure prevention, we have demanded the CDC rescind this illegal and unsafe guidance.

Before I get into what we did, I first want to say that I love my life, I’m not suicidal, and do not want to shoot myself five times in the head. Okay, now that’s out of the way let’s get into what we did to disrupt the CDC’s masking nonsense!

As many may have noticed the CDC retreated from their mask/N95 guidance on Friday February 25, 2022. What’s interesting is that on January 12, 2022, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky refused to change her mask guidance despite the amount of data that began to surface that masks do not provide benefit as a universal policy (https://legalinsurrection.com/2022/01/cdc-wont-budge-on-mask-guidance-despite-science-saying-cloth-masks-dont-work/). 

Then on January 28, 2022, the CDC provided new mask guidance to add N95’s and KN95’s into the mix (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/types-of-masks.html). Many who are trained safety professionals and industrial hygienists had their jaws on the ground after reading the completely incompetent guidance provided by the CDC.

Had an employee of mine ever developed such incompetent directives for any type of PPE policy, they would be terminated by the end of the week. It was clear the CDC is not allowing the experts to be involved and are delivering both incompetent and illegal guidance to the public.

So, the CDC director wasn’t backing down and within two weeks the CDC published new masking guidance. Then less than a month after that new mask doctrine was delivered, the CDC began to retreat from masking? When was the last time in recent memory that the Federal Government began pulling back policy not even a month after delivering it?

Many have chalked it up to politics but for two years the mask pushers have not backed down despite the political pressure. Maybe it’s because it’s an election year and polls are showing people have had enough? Could it be all the demonstrations, such as the trucker convoys? I would say, yes, these have all played a role in waking people up and putting pressure on all the nonsensical measures used by the government to prevent COVID-19 from spreading.

I want to share that more is happening behind the scenes that has likely been contributing to the dissolution of the mask science fiction.

I have recently been introduced to several people in my industry that have been pushing back since 2020 and have testified in several state legislatures to end mask mandates, such as Texas back in 2021. This group of professionals have been effective behind the scenes, and in my opinion are patriots!

Coincidently, out of nowhere the CDC began rescinding their masking stance three days after Director Walensky, Dr. Fauci, and Senator Ron Johnson each had confirmed copies delivered to them. In addition, I filed a complaint with CDC’s Science Integrity Department the same day.

Many will assume that the CDC’s Science Integrity Department would just blow this complaint off but that is not the case. I have been engaged with the CDC’s Science Integrity Department since early February of 2022 to have several mask studies withdrawn from their website’s referral page.

The point is that the CDC’s integrity department will engage promptly to legitimate issues and that these organizations are paying attention. Here are some of our interactions.

The CDC is clearly in CYA mode, and they know that they have failed the public. You will see these measures disappear as though Thanos himself has snapped them out of existence.

However, we must do all we can to prevent this from happening again. I believe an edified public is the only way these things never return. Please read our letter, research it for yourself, and you will see how far off the mark the CDC has been on their exposure mitigation response. Please share the letter but more importantly share what you are learning with everyone you know. An informed public cannot be fearful, manipulated, or divided!
